Submit Proof of Insurance

If you carry your own renters insurance, upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) or policy declaration page so we can verify your coverage. You may unenroll from PHR’s Master Renters Insurance Policy at any time by providing a valid COI that meets the requirements below.

Coverage Requirements

To qualify, your third-party policy must meet PHR (PURE HomeRiver LLC) minimum coverage requirements and name PHR as an interested party. Minimum coverage:

  • Personal / premises liability — at least $100,000 per lease term
  • Personal property (contents) — at least $20,000 on a replacement-cost basis
  • Additional Living Expense — at least $150/day
  • Pet injury liability — $10,000 sublimit for pet households (dogs, excluding service animals, must carry canine liability protection)
  • PHR named as an interested party on the policy

A valid certificate of insurance must be provided within 72 hours of move-in. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the policy being declined and will not unenroll you from PHR’s Master Renters Insurance Policy.
